In order to streamline support requests, provide accurate invoicing, and better serve you I utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Any changes to tickets or notes made on the issue will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you give when creating a ticket For your reference complete archives and history of all your support requests are provided.
