A global wireless data support company approached me recently to create a suite of intranet-based web tools to better manage internal requests for a new Nationwide pre-paid wireless carrier. Using form-based tools allowed escalations to be sent to department supervisors and network staff easily while agents were on the call. Each form has field-based prompts to help agents along and ensure correct information is entered.
Using a database driven search engine a catalog of PUK codes for SIM cards–several thousand–allowed quick retrieval of the PUK code for the entered SIM card number.
