Wireless Knowledge Management Company

A global wireless knowledge management company approached me to create a preliminary interface for their client, a national electronics store whose focus is rapidly shifting to mobile device sales. They needed an interface that fit with their client’s stringent branding guidelines to create an integrated look and feel, with instant support chat, and interactive device simulators showing customers how to perform tasks on their phones.
