I pride myself on client service and strive to give each and every client the highest level of it. When you have questions or concerns I respond quickly, thoroughly, and can help give multiple options when making choices at the beginning of the design process and all of the way through. I also offer my clients several thingsĀ to help promote this professional relationship and make getting a new website or web application as painless as possible.
I also prefer an open source methodology in web development when it comes to large scale websites and web applications. There are millions of Open Source and free applications actively being developed, such as Joomla, Wordpress, Open Cart, Virtuemart, Magento–and the list goes on and on–that provide a solid framework for your website or web application. I focus on building upon that structure to fit it to your needs and custom development of them in order to integrate it into your business. Open Source also provides cost savings to your business by limiting initial development work, and provides a wide range of support and forward moving progress for your project in the long run.
Project manager access
Log in from anywhere, at any time, to the project manager application to view project milestones, tasks waiting to be performed, mockups of designs, my own design notes on your project, and even leave comments and tasks for me to view and act on.
Communication
Need to get a hold of me because of questions or new ideas? All you need to do is pick up the phone or shoot me an e-mail. Online invoicing
Each time a balance is due you receive a printable invoice via e-mail. You also receive a secure link to make the payment immediately online without signing up for any accounts. All you need is a major credit card or bank account.
Help Desk
You need ongoing technical support for your website, its users, your staff, etc. Simply visit the Help Desk to file a ticket, check on previous tickets, receive notifications on actions, and keep tabs on your site’s ongoing maintenance.
Custom landing page
While your project is being built your visitors are greeted with a page that displays your contact information and details on what you do. No more cheesy ‘Under Construction’ or ‘This mystery website isn’t ready yet’ notices.
Documentation
Your server information, website access details, etc., are provided to you at project completion in one organized document for safekeeping. All files are given to you on a data CD, DVD, or portable flash drive for backup purposes. When you receive a website powered by a blogging engine, content management system, or e-commerce platform, you receive walkthrough video tutorials on how to perform routine tasks that you can access anytime. Training is also offered either in person (for local clients) or online by remote desktop conference.
