Mandarin Experts is a local language instruction business which caters to the growing demographic of those learning new languages. Specializing in Chinese, Mandarin Experts is releasing a beginner’s e-book and needed a logo and cover designed for the book, as well as a website to promote and manage purchases of it.

Mandarin Experts is also receiving a web based e-learning website which follows a paid subscription model, where the instructors can set up lessons using video podcasts and other media, then build courses around their instructions.

This website will be built on the Joomla content management system, with a highly customized component for the e-learning portion of the site, including support for standardized tests and printable student certificates.
