BackStage Adult Model Records

Built with small adult businesses in mind, BackStage gives you a secure, central location to hold your 2257 compliance records. It’s web based, so it works where you do, and runs on your own server, which means no recurring subscription fees. BackStage works out of the box to improve and streamline your record keeping, and it can also be custom tailored to your business needs.

  • File uploads: Attach the models’ profile image, copy of identification, and legal documentation to their record for easy access.
  • Multiple Views: Each area has a table view, showing all records, and detail views, showing all information on an individual record.
  • Model Profiles: Want to advertise talent or match models for a scene? Generate a model profile based off the compliance record of models that include only their stage name and photos, ready for e-mailing or printing.

  • Simplified Administration: Streamlined admin area that lets you perform administrative tasks easily.

  • PDF Printing: Print all records in PDF format, or save for e-mailing.

  • Server-based: Runs on your own web server, so it’s accessible wherever you need it to be. BackStage is powered by PHP/MySQL, so it loads fast and doesn’t delay your workflow.

Workflow

Workflow in BackStage is simple, yet intelligent, and follows a three step process for creating a complete record:

  1. Create a Studio: If you manage records from multiple studio lines, you add each studio, but if you only manage your own you just enter yours.
  2. Create a Product: This is either a movie or photo set, and appear’s in the create model page. When creating it you select from a drop down of all entered studios.
  3. Create a Compliance Record: After entering a model’s information and adding their photo ID, you can select the studio and product titles from drop down menus, and attach a model release.

That’s it! After each Studio and Product is added, it can be selected on other records so you only have to enter them once. After entering a Studio or Product it will give you the option to progress to the next, optimizing workflow to enter your records naturally.
